Introduction

All people staying at the hotel, during their stay, will be subject to this regulation, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

Covid-19

Posada Gotan obtained the Safetravels Seal from the World Travel and Tourism Council, which guarantees that we apply the strict protocols to combat Covid-19. 

Coexistence

Posada Gotan is a space that aims at the well-being of both its guests and its hosts and creating a relationship of good humor is essential for us all to enjoy. We ask that you carefully respect the rules of coexistence that we established. Avoid attitudes that could upset or offend another person in the establishment. Be respectful, kind and courteous at all times and situations. Avoid annoying noises; especially during rest hours: from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. every day.  Respect and take care of the order and cleanliness of the common spaces and your room.  Take care of your personal hygiene and clothing (bare feet, bare torso or pajamas are not allowed in common areas)

Sustainable Tourism  

Our Inn is Registrated by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires and Distinguished by the Argentine System of Tourist Quality of the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation. We work following the UN Sustainable Development Goals in order to reduce our Carbon Footprint. And, part of the payment for your stay goes to finance actions to compensate it. Likewise, before offsetting our HE, we are committed to REDUCE our impact on the environment. Therefore, we committed to responsible consumption of energy resources and to recycle our waste. 

• We provide some green bins to recycle cardboard, glass and plastic.  

• You can put the caps of your sodas in the container that is in the kitchen hall. They will be delivered to the Garrahan Children's Hospital, which uses them to raise funds.

• We invite you to throw your compostable waste in the compost bin.   

• The air conditioning is pre-set at 24ºC  

• Turn off the lights when leaving in one piece

• Take care of the water (immersion baths for babies only)  

• Take care of white clothes: stained, it needs twice as many chemicals to clean
  
  

Right of admission and permanence 
The Management of the Inn reserves the right of admission and stay. Failure to respect the conditions of use is grounds for expulsion without the right to claim reimbursement for unconsumed nights.

Modification and cancellation policy
Only reservations, cancellations and modifications made by email or WhatsApp are accepted. Posada Gotan will not recognize changes or refunds on reservations confirmed or guaranteed due to air, land, or weather conditions.

Flexible Reservations 5 days: 

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 5 days before your arrival date. After this date, the reservation is non-refundable and non-modifiable. You will have to pay the full price of the reservation if you cancel within 5 days before your arrival date. You will have to pay the full price of the reservation in advance 5 days before the day of your arrival.

Non-refundable and last minute reservations:

You will have to pay the full price of the reservation in advance.

These reservations are non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Sign:
Deposits paid to confirm a reservation are non-refundable.

Passenger registration
When confirming your reservation, you will need to complete our Check-in Form. A photo of your ID will be taken. Access to the rooms is exclusively reserved for passengers registered at check-in.

Guarantee Deposit

Will be used in case of complete or partial breakage, shortage, lack of payment or in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.

Rate Plans
Daily rate: includes breakfast and daily housekeeping. Whites are replaced every 3 nights.

Prices
The prices indicated are for a cash payment. They are final, they include taxes and fees. We are registered in the AFIP as Monotributistas: we issue C invoices.

Maid service
So that cleaning can be carried out, we ask that you vacate your room before 12:00 p.m. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide you with the service. Consult price for extra cleaning service.

Check-in
Entry to the Inn is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation. Late Check-in is possible for USDS 10. Let us know your arrival time and any changes that may occur. If you do not inform us, the reservation will be considered canceled. After 3 hours of the scheduled arrival time, the reservation will be considered a No-Show. Entry to the room is from 2:00 p.m. If available, we will deliver before this time. To ensure entry before 2:00 p.m., we recommend booking the night before.

Check out

Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If the room has not been released at this time, an additional night will be charged. Please, inform if you require an early check-out before 8:00. The status of the room will be checked before your departure. 

Parking
The Inn does not have its own parking lot. We recommend a car park open 24/7, located 300m away. 

Passenger pick-up and drop-off dock

Space reserved for passengers of the Inn to facilitate their entry or exit. It is also the space for the Firefighters in case of fire. It can be used for up to 20 minutes to load or unload your luggage into your vehicle. It cannot be used for parking. 

Hygiene and order of your room
For the good of everyone, we ask that you take care of the hygiene and order of your room.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 10:00 on Saturday, Sundays and holidays. All breakfast options include 1 hot drink of your choice, 1 glass of orange juice and one of theses 4 options:

Breakfast options:
Buenos Aires: 2 toasted bread + 1 portion of pudding or crescent + sweet + cream cheese
Healthy: 1 yogurt + seasonal fruit + granola
Protein: scrambled egg, avocado and cream cheese bruschetta
Energetic: oat porridge with seasonal fruit and chocolate sauce

Meals and drinks
We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. It should be requested in advance. The use of the kitchen and refrigerator is exclusive to the Inn staff. The entry of food, delivery, and take away  is not allowed. We have at your disposal some craft beers, red or white wine and drinks.

Internet connection
The Inn's Internet connection is freely accessible and free for all guests. If it does not work, we invite you to connect through the free Wi-Fi Network of the City of Buenos Aires (BA WIFI) or with the mobile data of your cell phone. You will not have the right to claim compensation or restitution.

Alcohol consumption
Alcohol consumption must be responsible. In case of excess or overflow, we have the right to expel you from the Inn without the right to claim reimbursement for the nights already paid.

Visits

They are authorized between 9:00 and 20:00. They cannot access the rooms.

Care of the facilities, your room and linen

It is your responsibility to take care of the furniture, hygiene, order and linen in your room, as well as all the objects, works of art that are at your disposal. Damage, breakage or missing items, dry cleaning costs for stained linen, will be invoiced. The decoration of the rooms cannot be changed nor can furniture or electrical appliances not provided by the Inn be added (except mobile devices, hair dryer, iron). Toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. Feminine wipes and condoms should be thrown in the trash can.

Air conditioning and Central Heating

The air conditioning is set at 24ºC. Remote controls will be delivered in Spring/Summer and picked up in Fall/Winter. The Inn has underfloor central heating. The temperature of each room can be regulated; You can ask us to raise or lower it if you need more or less heat. It is strictly prohibited to touch the general thermostat located in the living room.

Pest control

Once a month, a pest control company authorized by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires fumigates the entire house. A broad spectrum product is used that is effective against cockroaches, scorpions, bed bugs, ants, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, spiders, etc. Bait is also placed against rodents. The certificates are available at Reception. However, if any pest appears, we ask that you inform us immediately so that the planned protocol can be applied. The presence of mosquitoes is inevitable; We recommend using a repellent. Monthly fumigation respects our Environmental policy. We do not fumigate the parts where there may be pollinating insects.

Smokers
Law 1799 prohibits smoking in the covered areas of the establishment. The Rooftop is the only authorized space and smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, bathrooms or galleries on the upper and lower floors. Ashtrays are available in the kitchen and must be emptied immediately into the black trash can. Flower pots or storm drain grates are not ashtrays.

Keys

Upon arrival we will give you a key to the main entrance door of the Inn and one to your room. In case of loss, theft or forgetfulness, you will have to assume the cost of replacing the lock on the main entrance door and the 20 copies of keys necessary for the operation of the Inn. So make 1 copy of your room door key.

Illegal drugs and substances

The entry of drugs or illegal substances is cause for immediate expulsion.

Security

The main entrance door must be locked at all times  Do not enter or leave the Inn if there are strangers waiting outside.  Do not use fire in the rooms: incense burners, candles, etc.

Forgotten items will be kept at the Inn for 3 months. We do not ship by mail.

Slogans
Service subject to availability. 

Parcels 

We do not provide parcel reception service.

Pets

Only dogs accompanying people with disabilities are accepted.
